A passionate house music lover for the past 25 years, the DJ story of Dan Rolfe has recently gone full circle, all whilst maintaining his position as a key figure at one of the world’s most popular venues.
Having spent his younger years growing an obsession towards vinyl and 4×4 beats, Dan was one third of the FNUK Associates at the beginning of the 00’s. Here he established the FNUK brand and was instrumental in the success of their infamous boat parties and events at Turnmills nightclub in London.
With Dan’s profile continuing to grow he soon came to the attention of Hed Kandi where he joined their team as both DJ and promoter, subsequently playing across the UK and throughout Europe.
In 2007 Dan was approached by leading international events promoter AEG to assist in opening their new London venue; The O2. Dan now takes the position of venue manager, having been responsible for over 750 events at the world-famous venue, including those headlined by the likes of The Chemical Brothers, Red Bull sound clash and Pete Tong & The Heritage Orchestra to name a few.
With lockdown giving Dan greater time to focus on his passion for music & DJing, he has recently got back into the fold, contributing weekly to the hugely popular
Jacfest Friday night live sessions. By sharing his passion for house music once again, Dan looks forward to bringing his sounds regularly to thousands of people from across the planet
